Sidalcea hartwegii

• Habitat is oak woodland and grassland habitats of the Sacramento Valley and adjacent foothills
• Tolerates serpentine soils
• Attracts butterflies and moths
• Inflorescence is a clustered panicle of four to six flowers, each with five purplish pink petals.
• The bloom period is May and June.
